Production Design for Live & Screen Environments

Adrian Powell is a London-based Production Designer specialising in the design and delivery of live environments for performance, events, broadcast and screen-based productions, including commercials, narratives, etc. He works with producers, agencies, and cultural organisations to create physical spaces that support storytelling and audience engagement across both in-room and hybrid audiences.

With experience delivering internationally broadcast stages for global conferences of up to 30,000 attendees, Adrian works across the full lifecycle of production design, from initial concept and spatial planning through to technical development, fabrication and on-site delivery.

His work spans performance environments, conference stages, experiential installations and narrative productions for clients including Nike, Channel 4 and Rolls-Royce.

Adrian is particularly interested in designing live environments that foster intimacy at scale, helping audiences feel more connected to the moment, the performer and each other.
